Scientific cooperation between the Polish Academy of Sciences (PAS) and the Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology (VAST) for the years 2025–2026

Polish Academy of Sciences and the Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology open the call for joint Polish-Vietnamese mobility projects for 2025-2026.  

Submission deadline: 

the application form should be submitted only by e-mail to bwz@pan.pl until 15 November 2024. 

Funding

• a maximum of 10 days of exchange quota will be available annually per project 

• the projects PAS – VAST will be carried out according to the “sending side pays all” principle 

• daily allowance (for maintenance and accommodation in Vietnam) – 130 EUR 

• international travel costs not exceeding 5.000 PLN 

• maximum reimbursement for Polish team members’ visits to Vietnam is 15.500 PLN per project per year.
  

Additional information

• 10 days of exchange quota can be used by 2 participants of the project indicated in the application  

• in the years 2025-2026, a maximum of 3 new joint Polish-Vietnamese mobility projects will be funded 

• applications can be submitted only by scientists from the scientific units of the Polish Academy of Sciences and the Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology.
